I had a good experience with Beam. The items had been kept nicely. In addition, customer service is always polite and responsive. Would recommend this.

I have contacted BEAM to transfer my stuff out from a bad storage facility and stored with them for over a month. The entire journey was highly positive. 1. The BEAM team arrived to pick up my items from the [redacted]'s storage facility for transport to their own warehouse. BEAM's team came with a van and all the necessary tools (wraps, trolleys, tapes, etc.). Items were tagged on the spot with QR code and uploaded into their records. Really professional and hassle-free for me. 2. After my items arrived at their storage facility, photos of the items were taken and appeared in my account for viewing and verification. A pleasant surprise was that they even secured some of the loose items with shrink wrap and tapes. 3. I noticed that one of my packing bags was torn (I used a thin plastic bag for that one). Through the online BEAM support chat, I was able to quickly arrange for the items in that bag to be packed into an appropriately-sized BEAM cardboard box for a small fee. After the repacking was done, a new photo of the box and contents appeared on the account. All it required from me was a short and pleasant chat with the online support team to arrange this :) 4. When I finally got to ship the stuff back home, the entire process was arranged via a calendar booking system on the website. The online support team was very efficient in coordinating the closure of the storage box upon the successful receipt of all my stored items at my address. 5. The BEAM delivery team arrived on time with all my items, and I was pleasantly surprised to find no damage anywhere. My microwave oven was even labelled "Fragile" and the delivery team checked with me on where I would like to place it (kitchen counter, etc.). 6. After the receipt, the BEAM support team double-checked with me on the closure of the account. And just like this, the entire experience ended on a really pleasant note. Personally, I regretted not having chosen BEAM instead of [redacted] at the beginning. It would have saved me so much money and even more time and energy. Instead of having to call, being put on hold and given endless excuses by [redacted], BEAM's online chat support have always provided prompt and friendly assistance during their operating hours. Everything can be done with a few clicks via the dashboard in the client account. Highly recommended!

If you need excellent storage service, Beam has got it! I have placed my stuff there the last 3 years and finally collected everything back today. They will keep adjusting the size of your storage and charge you accordingly to save money for you. The van pickup service is very affordable and is also easy to book on the app. So, you can have your stuff picked up and stored away into the warehouse or picked up from the warehouse and send back to your home at any time. Some people might prefer to pick the stuff up themselves there, which is also possible (with no fee, if I remember correctly). Unlike many other companies, the girls are always on the ball in the live chat, with almost no response time, answering your queries. I just don't know how to thank you, Sherlyn! Btw, they didn't ask me to review or write this, if you ever wonder...

Joan has assisted us in the most difficult task we have ever encountered i.e. relocating from one country to another. Her efficient response, turnaround time and assistance at every level made such a daunting task looks easy. Ease of mind when you are with Beam. Highly recommended. Don't even think twice! Just received our last storage from BEAMS today. Clean and neat as if we just packed them about a year back. Thank you BEAMS for taking such excellent care of our stuff. Great experience with Beam storage. Simple, no hassle. We used our own boxes and label them, and it appeared on their app. Boxes and items were in original condition upon pick-up. Movers were careful during moving. Prompt chats. Affordable! Thank you Beam.

I’ve had an amazing experience with BEAM storage so far. They have been a life saver! I need to rave about them! Of course, every business has their own room for improvement, but BEAM has solved my exact life problem. I’m super thankful. I have been using BEAM for close to 8 months now, while trying to juggle a complicated country move that involved a few local moves as well. Trying to juggle each house move while shipping my things abroad and keeping up with real life has been a real mental drain. BEAM has given me an option to reduce this mental load with my belongings. It’s so straightforward! Just put the things in boxes, or put odd items aside, schedule a pick up and it’s done. I love the app - the gallery format of viewing my items in storage had been so helpful when I moved into temporary locations and only needed a few things from storage. Customer service has also been a really good experience for me. First with Pamela, then Sherlyn and of course the unsung heroes- the guys that come to pick up the goods. I’m impressed at their professionalism and customer orientation. On top of that, I have found the rates competitive and affordable which is so important too. Money well spent for the brain power and energy and time I saved. I have been recommending BEAM to all my friends. Of course no business is perfect and has there been some kinks here and there? Let’s be real-> Yes of course, BUTTTT there hasn’t been any significant issue that impeded the real problem I needed to solve, and I always found the team rise up to the occasion. The moving team were professional, organised and careful. The customer support team were responsive and helpful. Also appreciate that the pricing information is transparent and easily calculable. I had to dock one star because the quality of the iOS app didn’t quite match the quality of the rest of the operation. It was quite buggy and unpredictable, and my experience was only saved by the great customer support (happy to share more feedback if y’all need :))

When I was searching for a temporary storage place, I did a lot of research and found that BEAM SPACE is the only one that can do monthly storage at a reasonable price with pick up and drop off service. Downloaded the app and disturbed their in app support chat so many times, and every time they responded very fast! They even drop off free storage boxes upon request (will charge you per box first and later deduct from your monthly storage, to avoid ppl misusing this I guess). The pick up and drop off date/time was picked seamlessly thru the app. They will count the number of items picked up and have all the photos of them in the app. Highly recommended if you are looking for a temporary storage space, really hassle free!
